We carry out service and repair work in our well-equipped workshop in Hasle near Burgdorf. Our dealers, who are represented throughout Switzerland, have been working with us for many years and provide regional customer support.

Our spare parts warehouse in the workshop in Hasle near Burgdorf is well equipped with spare parts from the brands McHale, Bomech, Eckart, Rolland and Stolpen. 24-hour emergency service – we are here for you!
From March to October, we offer our customers and dealers a 24-hour emergency service. Our service technicians have fully equipped service vehicles that are well stocked with all the spare parts needed for emergency call-outs in the field.
You can reach the emergency service as usual 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 079 848 18 18. Our emergency service staff have a wealth of experience and expertise and can often help you with questions about the operation or settings of your machine over the phone. Telephone support is increasingly tying up resources in our customer service department. We therefore reserve the right to charge for this service on a time and material basis.
